Warranty, Returns, & Shipping

WARRANTY INFO
AS OF 04/18/2017, ALL SNOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY EQUIPMENT CARRIES A LIMITED LIFETIME EXTENDED PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY.
Non-transferable. Manufacturer defects in parts and workmanship will be repaired free of charge.  Cosmetic damage or defects due to normal wear-and-tear, misuse, abuse, using the wrong power adapter, dipping in au jus and taking a bite, etc., may incur a cost for repair. Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for returns must be approved, and will be approved at our sole discretion. Return approval is not guaranteed. The customer has 48 hours from receipt to demo the pedal and to notify us that they would like a return. The pedal must be in perfect condition (no scratches, velcro, no tinkering inside aside from DIP switching). It must be returned in the original box with original packaging. Any returns, if approved, will be inspected, and will be returned to the customer if not found to be in acceptable condition.  Once the pedal clears inspection, the customer will be given a full refund, less our actual shipping costs and processing fees.  If we are not notified within the 48 hour demo period, the return may still be approved up to two weeks after receipt; however, pedals returned after the demo period will be refunded less our actual shipping costs and processing fees plus a 10% restocking fee.  We cannot accept cancellations on paid orders for any reason. Custom builds are non-returnable.

SHIPPING, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES, AND IMPORT
Shipping costs and times vary based on the service you choose.  Shipments to destinations outside of the US may be subject to duties, customs, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc. These costs, if any, vary by destination. Customer is responsible for all charges related to import. We cannot refund items refused at delivery, items undeliverable due to address errors, etc., but in the case of a package returned due to customer refusal or otherwise, we are happy to make new shipping arrangements at the actual cost of reshipment.
